Responsible for identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. Creating effective and compelling positioning, messaging and sales tools.

What you'll be doing

  • Marketing Strategy
    Creating and managing major company wide initiatives requiring marketing resources. Be responsible for creating and managing project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns and activities on time and escalate any issues that may prevent on-time delivery.

  • Social Media Management
    Managing and creating content for social media channels, managing relationships with customers and acting as a community manager. Writing content for the company blog, website and social media channels.

  • Competitor Analysis
    Analysing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to ensure successful strategies.

  • Public Relations
    Engaging with media, press and other relevant third-parties to broadcast important company updates, milestones and news.

  • Brand Awareness
    Overseeing our promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness which also impacts recruitment and supports Human Resources.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Education
    Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.

  • Prior Work Experience
    Existing experience working for a SaaS / PaaS software company and experience with marketing complex B2B software.

  • Familiarity with Marketing Software
    Proficient with relevant marketing software and social media platforms.

  • Understanding the Market
    Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.

  • Independent
    A demonstrably proactive and independent individual.

  • Passion
    Must have a passion for marketing.

  • Language Skills
    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Learning
    Willing to learn and improve on a daily basis and maintain intellectual curiosity.

  • Specific experience and qualifications will depend on the level you're applying for.
