We’re looking for Project Managers to join our team. You’ll be involved in significant client projects as soon as you feel ready to take on the task.

As a Project Manager you’ll be working directly with clients and our development teams to ensure that client work is planned and delivered.

You’ll be working in a defined Agile environment, with clients who may not necessarily understand the positive impact that Agile can have on their business.

At the highest level your job will be to work alongside clients to assist them with discovering how their current product portfolio maps to Buckhill's flexible, low code, environment and most importantly, how long it’ll take to get there.

We are a flexible employer with a defined career progression model for all teams and departments. So, whether you’re starting out as a Project Manager, or are more experienced, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working on:
    • Defined projects, for named clients.
    • Capacity and demand management to ensure that client expectations can be met.
  • Ensuring that the right development, QA and DevOps resources are committed to each project.
  • Keeping track of project costs
  • Providing project planning and management reports to clients.
  • Documenting requirements analysis and ensuring that work is undertaken to agreed specifications.
  • Change control is followed, according to best practice.
  • Liaising with Account Management and Customer service teams to ensure that errors, exceptions and omissions are captured as early as possible and managed appropriately.

We’re looking for candidates to fill two job positions, both of which require some project management experience.

Both posts have the following minimum requirements:

  • Advanced conversational and written English.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Minimum secondary education.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Able to work independently, when it's reasonable to do so.
  • Advanced conversational and written English.
  • An understanding of PRINCE 2, Agile and Scrum.

Priority shall be given to candidates who can demonstrate that they have:

  • One or more years of project management experience.
  • A current project management certification in PRINCE2, or Agile.

What you will get:

  • A friendly and supportive team - We encourage building healthy relationships in our teams, where knowledge-sharing is essential, everyone's voice is heard, and all ideas are considered.
