Does C2MS come as a fully managed solution?

Can you import existing data, such as Brokers, Policies, Documents, etc?

Yes, we provide import services for various types of data. However, due to the complexity of certain data structures we first audit and quote for each type of data. If you have further questions, please contact us for more information.

Can C2MS operate alongside or in conjunction with our existing systems?

Yes, C2MS can operate in various capacities, either as a front-end quote & buy platform, claims system, middleware stack or backoffice system, or a combination of various modules. Are there options for custom development and integration services?

Yes, C2MS offers extensive integration and extension capabilities. Whether you are looking to connect to the C2MS REST or SOAP API, connect to third parties, or create new business functions specific to your use-case, we provide consultancy and development services.

Yes, C2MS instances can be upgraded once certain criteria are met, subject to contract.

C2MS related downloads are available via your customer control panel.
