Managing Your Profile Information
Your C2MS profile contains the personal and professional information displayed to other users across the platform. Keeping your profile up to date ensures that colleagues can identify you correctly in assignment queues, approval workflows, and activity logs. To access your profile, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
Editable Fields
Display name — the name shown throughout the platform in assignments and comments
Email address — changing your email triggers a verification step before the update takes effect
Job title and department — used for filtering in team management views
Phone number — optional, displayed to administrators and used for SMS notifications if enabled
Profile Avatar
Upload a profile photo to make it easier for team members to recognise you in lists and activity feeds. Accepted formats are JPEG and PNG, with a maximum file size of 2 MB. Images are automatically cropped to a square aspect ratio. If you do not upload a photo, C2MS generates a coloured initial avatar based on your display name.
All profile changes are saved immediately and reflected across the platform in real time. Your email address change requires verification via a confirmation link sent to the new address before it becomes active.
