Administration

The administration team support the rest of the organisation by managing payroll and providing accounting support, keeping accurate documentation records, paying of suppliers and managing the office.

What you'll be doing

  • Payroll
    Tracking employee overtime and other irregular payments. Managing student contracts and invoice processing.

  • Accounting
    Reconciling invoices against purchase orders and highlighting errors and discrepancies.

  • Legal
    Reviewing of company documentation, and amending based upon legal advice obtained from a qualified third party. Undertaking scheduled work safety reviews and producing reports. Updating company policies, procedures and other formal documentation as instructed.

  • Administrative Support
    Proofreading and translation of documents, as well as managing general administrative duties. Collaborating with HR and Marketing teams to ensure that company events are successful.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Work Experience
    At least 1 year of work experience as an office administrator.
    Accounting and HR systems knowledge is desirable.

  • Software Programs
    Working knowledge of the standard Office Suite, e.g. Word and Excel.

  • Independent Working
    Able to work independently, when it's reasonable to do so.

  • Language Skills
    Advanced conversational and written English.

  • Communication Skills
    Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

  • Specific experience and qualifications will depend on the level you're applying for.
