What you'll be doing

  • Developing an Ecosystem
    Be a part of the team that develop our software products C2MS and AuthStack.

  • Creating UX/UI Design Frameworks
    You'll be actively involved in conceptualising, building and evolving our design frameworks.

  • Style Guides
    Establish and extend existing style guide(s) that dictate the colours, fonts, and design patterns in production use.

  • User Research and Competitor Analysis
    Engage in user research, behaviour and competitor analysis in order to improve the user journey and experience within our various omnichannel applications.

  • Usability Testing
    Engage in usability testing using industry standard methodologies and gather metrics to provide guidance on how things can be improved.

  • Working with the FinTech and InsurTech Industries
    Working with cutting-edge technology on exciting digital transformation projects with the FinTech/InsurTech space.

  • Engaging in Non-Digital Projects
    From organising employee photo shooting, designing of sales, marketing and promotional materials through to modern office decor, in line with our branding.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Education
    University graduates with a specialisation in digital design is desirable.

  • Design and Visualisation Software
    Experience with tools, such as Figma, to create designs from proof of concept, through to final handover.

  • Graphics Editing Tools
    Proficiency with the Adobe suite of tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and any other relevant tools.

  • Research Capability
    Ability to undertake research projects and present evidence and conclusions in a clear and concise manner.

  • Understanding Of Web Application Usability
    High proficiency in the understanding of design methodologies and approaches related to the field of UX and UI design and usability.

  • Strong Team Player
    Able to work both independently and in collaboration with our existing design team in a remote capacity.

  • Building and Maintaining an Ecosystem
    Willing to work on long-term projects and help build and improve a core ecosystem, rather than short-term agency work.

  • Language Skills
    Comfortable working and collaborating in English.

  • Learning
    Willing to learn and improve on a daily basis and maintain intellectual curiosity.

  • Specific experience and qualifications will depend on the level you're applying for.
