Project Coordination and Programme Management

Depending on your level, you will coordinate internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met, through to making strategic adjustments to project vision according to feedback from clients and internal management teams.

Risk Management

Managing a range of risks, from immediate and short-term risks through to longer term risks and threats.

Sprint Management

Coordinators are involved in all sprint planning and retrospectives, whereas programme managers manage by exception.

Strategy Conceptualisation and Execution

Building project delivery roadmaps and strategies, planning goals and making sure value is being delivered to clients.

Working with the FinTech and InsurTech Industries

Working with cutting-edge technology on exciting digital transformation projects with the FinTech/InsurTech space.

Experience & Qualifications We Look For

Agile Experience

An understanding and experience with working in Agile, preferably with JIRA, Confluence and Git.

Language Skills

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken and can communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Learning

Willing to learn and improve on a daily basis and maintain intellectual curiosity.

Professional Experience

Previous experience in project managing software projects and possessing an understanding of the software development lifecycle, including continuous integration and delivery, is highly desirable.

Independence

Able to work independently, when it's reasonable to do so.

Presentation Skills

Good presentation skills add bonus points.

Professional Certification

Project Management focused professional certifications are a bonus, such as Prince2 or SCRUM Master.
