Buckhill is pleased to announce the successful integration of Fusion, the delegated authority software developed by our partners at Amarillo Technologies, into our C2MS core insurance platform. This technical milestone represents a significant step forward in delivering a seamless, end-to-end ecosystem for delegated authority business within the London Market and beyond.
Delegated authority has always been a core part of the insurance value chain; yet operational silos, fragmented reporting, and data friction often hold businesses back from achieving efficiency and compliance at scale. By tightly integrating Fusion with C2MS, we’ve created a unified architecture where bordereaux and compliance management as well as reporting flows are streamlined directly into underwriting, and policy and claims administration.
The result: one connected ecosystem for carriers, coverholders, and MGAs to manage delegated authority agreements with accuracy and speed.
The integration is designed to ensure native compatibility between Fusion and the broader C2MS stack:
Bordereaux Automation: Fusion’s bordereaux ingestion and validation engine now connects seamlessly into C2MS, supporting structured data transfer, cleansing, and reconciliation at scale.
Regulatory Compliance: C2MS applies built-in ACORD and Lloyd’s compliance checks to data exchanged through Fusion, triggering automated workflows, reporting, and escalation rules where required.
End-to-End Reporting: Delegated authority data captured and validated in Fusion feeds directly into C2MS reporting layers, supporting actuarial, finance, and regulatory outputs without manual intervention.
Operational Alignment: Coverholder onboarding, agreement management, and audit trails are now linked across both platforms, providing a single source of truth for stakeholders.
Extensible Architecture: The integration supports both API-driven and file-based data exchange, making it adaptable to diverse operating models and legacy system environments.
For carriers and MGAs operating delegated authority programs, the Fusion–C2MS integration enables:
Faster onboarding of new coverholders
Greater transparency across agreement lifecycles
Reduced risk through automated compliance enforcement
More efficient regulatory reporting to Lloyd’s and other bodies
A scalable framework to support growth without adding operational complexity
This integration builds on the broader partnership between Buckhill and Amarillo Technologies, reinforcing our shared commitment to modular, interoperable solutions for the London Market. By combining Amarillo’s deep expertise in delegated authority with Buckhill’s configurable C2MS ecosystem, we’re equipping clients with the tools to manage complex insurance operations in a way that is secure and scalable.
As we continue to develop our partnership with Amarillo, future releases will expand the scope of integration; including advanced API connectivity, dashboard visualisation, and enhanced reporting pipelines. Clients can expect ongoing updates as our architecture evolves to support even more connected, data-driven operating models.
