Tenant Configuration
Multi-Tenant Architecture
C2MS supports multi-tenant configurations that allow a single platform instance to serve multiple companies, brands, or schemes with complete data isolation. Each tenant operates as an independent workspace with its own user base, product configuration, document templates, and reporting boundaries. This is ideal for insurance groups managing multiple subsidiaries, MGAs administering several schemes, or TPAs handling claims for different insurers.
Tenant Setup
Create new tenants from Administration > Tenants > New Tenant with a unique identifier and display name
Configure tenant-specific branding including logo, colour scheme, and email templates
Assign products and rating configurations independently per tenant
Define data isolation boundaries — users in one tenant cannot see records from another
Cross-Tenant Administration
Super administrators have visibility across all tenants and can switch context between workspaces without logging out. This enables centralised oversight of platform usage, aggregated reporting across the group, and consistent configuration management. Cross-tenant reports can be generated for group-level metrics such as total gross written premium, combined claims ratios, and aggregate exposure summaries.
Tenant configurations can be cloned to accelerate the setup of new schemes or subsidiaries. The cloning process copies product definitions, workflow rules, document templates, and role configurations while creating a fresh, empty data set for the new tenant.
