User Management
Managing Workspace Users
The User Management module gives workspace administrators full control over who can access C2MS and what they can do within the platform. From this module you can invite new users, modify existing accounts, and deactivate users who no longer require access. Navigate to Administration > Users to view the complete user directory for your workspace.
Adding New Users
To invite a new user, click the Invite User button and enter their email address, display name, and assigned role. C2MS sends an invitation email with a registration link that expires after 7 days. You can invite multiple users simultaneously by uploading a CSV file with email addresses and role assignments. Pending invitations can be tracked and resent from the Invitations tab.
Deactivating and Reactivating Users
Deactivated users cannot log in but their historical activity and audit records are preserved
Open tasks and claims assigned to a deactivated user are flagged for reassignment
Reactivation restores the user account with their previous role and permissions
Bulk deactivation is available for offboarding entire teams or departments
User management actions are logged in the audit trail for compliance purposes. Administrators can export the user list at any time to review account status, last login dates, and role assignments across the workspace.
