Creating Your Account
Account Setup
New users receive an invitation email from their workspace administrator containing a unique registration link. Click the link to begin the account creation process. You will be asked to set a strong password that meets the platform security requirements: at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Email Verification
After submitting your registration details, C2MS sends a verification email to the address associated with your invitation. Click the verification link within 24 hours to activate your account. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or ask your administrator to resend the invitation. Unverified accounts are automatically purged after 7 days.
Completing Your Profile
Once verified, you will be prompted to complete your user profile. This includes your full name, job title, department, and an optional profile photo. Providing accurate information helps your team identify you across the platform, especially in claims assignment queues and underwriting review panels.
Full name and job title are required fields
Profile photos must be under 2 MB in JPEG or PNG format
You can update your profile details at any time from Settings > My Profile
Two-factor authentication can be enabled during setup or later via Security settings
